The Product
AirPath is a ground-side smart beamforming antenna system designed to extend UAV operational range without modification to the airframe or onboard communications system. The unit mounts on a standard pole and connects to your existing ground station via RF cables, replacing the passive omni antenna.
How it Works
Instead of a passive omni antenna dispersing RF energy across 360°, AirPath uses an electronically steered, high-gain phased array that automatically tracks the drone in real time using GPS coordinates, across a full 360° azimuth.
